Kirsty's style
Kirsty uses competency based interviewing, whereby interviewers ask you a variety of questions to find out how you have behaved in a particular situation. This helps her understand how you are likely to respond to that situation in the future. She believes the key to an effective answer is giving full responses – what the situation was, what you did in that situation, why, and what the result was.
