Nimai's experience
Taking a decision to move away from his family business Nimai Swaroop started working for an automotive design firm responsible for developing their marketing strategy. He then joined Centrica in 2002 working in various commercial and marketing roles across the UK, before joining Shell in 2005 to head up their Recruitment Marketing function for Europe and Africa. He has an MBA specialising in Global Marketing and is qualified in Six Sigma. Nimai finds his work at Shell both insightful and rewarding as he applies both classic marketing principles and commercial experience to attract the top talent.
