Oliver's experience
Oliver began his career at JWT (J Walter Thompson). He later joined BBH (Bartle Bogle Hegarty), where he was promoted to the board of directors to run the Audi, Sony and One2One accounts, amongst others, before starting up Hooper Galton in 1999.
Oliver and his team are responsible for a wide range of clients including Rightmove.co.uk, Pernod Ricard, Shelter, Bertolli, Fox's Confectionery, Bauer, Florette Salad and Jobsite.
Oliver's style
Oliver believes the best interviews are informal, but focused. His pet hate is candidates who clearly haven't done their homework on the agency. He likes candidates who can speak engagingly about their interest in creativity, and who would be good company on a long train journey.
