Sarah's previous experience for the last 10 years has been within recruitment, prior to this is was Retail Management. Previous companies she has worked at are Walker Morris Solicitors and Mamas & Papas. Sarah's main focus in her current role is resourcing, which incorporates candidate engagement through to joining the business. Sarah's main interests in this field are employer branding, social media and youth employment.
Sarah likes to ensure that interviewees are well informed before their interviews. At the Yorkshire most recruitment processes will involve telephone interviews as well as face to face competency based interviews. Depending on the role it may also involve ability testing and case studies/presentations.
