Why haven't I received my CV watchdog?
Answer
There are a number of factors that can affect your recruiters from receiving their CV Watchdog CVs. If you are a new user we do recommend having a look over the search criteria used and discussing this with your Account Manager. However, if you have suddenly stopped receiving your Watchdog CVs then we recommend the following steps are takenA) Please check your mail server. The CVs we’ve sent may be held here for a number of reasons
i. We’re not on your Safe Senders list
ii. If you have a 3rd party Firewall you may need to add us to your White list. White Lists are generally only included in additional hardware or software firewalls.
iii. As we can send thousands of CV Watchdog emails daily, this can be incorrectly identified as spam by some ISPs, Spam Filters and Firewalls. The amount of CVs per watchdog email will only increase the physical size and not the quantity of emails, it is the amount of emails we are sending over the internet that can be identified as spamming by some ISPs
B) Please check your Junk Mail folders, the degrees of spam filters will vary depending on your Service Providers.
C) If you have done all of the above and still can’t find the CVs, please give your Jobsite Account Manager a call on 0844 561 9000. If we haven’t sent them we will have informed our team immediately.
