ROLE
My client is about to embark upon a significant change project and need a specialist HRM with a proven track record in the delivery of change programmes within an international manufacturing environment for an initial 3 month period.. With direct responsibility for HR personnel based in the UK, US, Africa and the Far East this role will involve 25% travel to remote offices.

During this time it is expected that the Interim Manager will work closely with the senior management team to develop, plan and assist in the early implementation of a global HR strategy. Specific areas of change within the organisation will be around development of an international mobility strategy; leading key HR and L & D projects; supporting the management of IR issues and providing leadership of a first class global L & D function.

PERSON
Candidates will be CIPD qualified and be able to demonstrate skills in the successful delivery of change projects within a manufacturing environment.
