Of graduate calibre and ideally CIPD qualified, knowledge of recruitment processes and systems is essential, with the leadership capability to develop strategy and improve effectiveness.

You will have the interpersonal skills to manage a large team alongside a real commitment to continuous improvement, consistently looking to refine and improve processes, supporting recruitment activity with world-class ways of working.
