Basic salary up to £16 500 with commission earnings up to £40 000 year 1, year 2 £70 000.

As a Trainee Consultant you will receive comprehensive guidance and support in order to build up a portfolio of IT professionals/candidates who you will screen or telephone interview and then put forward for suitable job opportunities. Using your outbound sales and customer negotiation skills you will also be trained to create new job opportunities and win new clients by building relationships over the telephone and ideally attending meetings with some of the leading Blue Chip organisations in the UK.

This is a highly diverse and challenging role and with the right amount of application and commitment there is a very real opportunity to earn in excess of £70 000 per year with a company car, laptop and mobile phone.

Trainee's who demonstrate passion and ability from the outset can expect to earn an additional £1000 a month on top of their basic salary as well as being eligible for quarterly bonus payments, prizes and holiday incentives.
