New Business Account Manager
The role of this professional is to engage with and build customer relationships within the small and medium business marketplace, generate leads, close IBM business via telephone, email, Internet or in person and to serve as the customer advocate throughout the complete sales cycle, within IBM call centers. They understand and clearly articulate business issues, advise the customer on latest technology trends and recommend IBM solutions. Responsibilities: -Serve as the customer lead advocates and manage buyer relationships. -Establish frequent communications within a larger, diverse territory -Qualify and prioritize opportunities -Populate, maintain and manage the database to support pipeline management, Participate with the team in closing the sale and lead the cross-brand, less complex high volume transactions. -Engages and builds relationships with business partners
