These positions involve managing approx. 22 stores and concessions across a specific region. You will be developing teams, motivating staff, assessing commerciality, opening new sites and driving sales and standards. These are fast-paced environments where you will need to react quickly and make the right decisions to influence the success of your stores.

You must have fashion area management experience from a recognised high street brand of 5 years plus and will be able to demonstrate real results with respect to people and business development.
You will be used to managing a large turnover of up to 15 million in your previous role. Strong commercial skills and the ability to improve customer service and performance are also essential combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
