RAN 3rd Line Engineer

Our client a leading network provider is looking for RAN 3rd Line Support Engineers to be responsible for all Nokia RAN technical issues arising within 3rd Line Support. Also to be part of and effectively contribute to the objectives and work of the Nokia RAN Support team and perform complex investigations and troubleshoot Hardware and Software on the Nokia RNC and Node B.

Key Responsibilities:-

Interfacing with engineering and network rollout to ensure that all technical issues that will affect the operational environment are included in testing, discussions etc.
To ensure that all necessary hardware and software functionality is included and performance limitations are understood within operations.
Closely monitoring the planned works on the deployed RAN on a switch by switch basis, to ensure that the network availability is sufficiently maintained taking the necessary corrective action.
