Microsoft CRM Application Consultant

Providing business analysis, configuration and training expertise to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSCRM) Consultancy Delivery Team. It is an opportunity for gifted individuals to use their proven interpersonal and consultancy skills in MSCRM Consultancy.

Winner of the Microsoft Partner of the Year 2007 for Dynamics CRM, the Aspective Microsoft CRM team offers a broad portfolio of Design, Configuration, Training, Project Management and Integration Services for customers deploying Microsoft CRM based solutions to solve their business problems.

Based in Staines, Middlesex, we have dedicated functional consultants that work with clients around the UK to help them establish how the system will work in their business and help the business through the change.

Microsoft CRM and Aspective is growing rapidly in the market place, so we need to expand our team of gifted, customer-focused consultants. Specifically we need people to carry out the following tasks:

* Business Analysis, Design, configuration and training activities around the deployment of Microsoft CRM as assigned.
* Participate in the production of documentation for assigned projects.
* Use appropriate operating systems, hardware, tools.
* Use configuration management tools/procedures to ensure consistent monitoring/documenting of baselines for formal test and delivery.
* Assist in monitoring/documenting the reporting, investigation and outcome of all defects and problems reported.
* Succinct and relevant communication to relevant management and Project Management staff
The individual will be provided with appropriate product training and helped to develop their consultancy skills with the leading global MSCRM partner.

Role Dimension

Non-financial (customers/staff etc)
* Projects may vary from under 10 to over 100 man days
* Projects may be based in the Staines office or on customer site for some/all of the time

Technical/Professional Expertise

* Business analysis expertise - working with customer personnel to establish business process requirements
* Training delivery to individuals or groups
* An understanding of project lifecycle and applicable software engineering concepts
