HR Reward Analyst - Pay Review / Large global Company / Reading

This pioneering, global technology company have an opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join their Human Resources Department and assist with the Pay Review process.

Responsibilities to include:

*Creation and collation of complex spreadsheets for different areas of the business
*Creation of payroll files for bonus payments
*Uploading data into access database, checking accuracy
*Following up inaccuracies with HR team members
*Assistance in data collation for data submission to salary surveys
*Work across the HR Services, Operations and Reward teams to support data cleansing for Healthcare, cars and pensions
*Collecting bonus results from managers across the business
*Ad hoc reward work as directed by the Reward manager in support of their operational area

The successful candidate should show outstanding communication and organisation skills, strong, demonstrable Reward skills within Pay Review, Salary Surveys or Pay uplifts as well as Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
