ER Specialist - Hampshire - £45,000-£50,000

Due to increased demand on the HR department this global Hampshire based client requires an interim HR Generalist with strong employee relations skills initially for a period of three months.

The role will require you to have a strong understanding and experience of delivering solutions to complex employee relations issues which may include conflict resolution, long term sickness/absence management and grievances. In addition to employee relations you will also be involved in a number of projects.

As an ER Specialist you will be able to demonstrate that you have a sound knowledge of employment law and the ability to provide solutions to a variety of business issues as well as previous experience managing project work. This will be an interesting, varied and challenging role for the right individual.
