Benefits and Policy Manager - 6 Month FTC - Hampshire - up to £70,000

An international client of ours based in Hampshire is currently seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to provide maternity cover initially for six months, starting in January.

This Benefits and Policy Manager role will be stand-alone and based in the UK reporting directly to the US. The position oversees the strategic design, development, benchmarking, vendor management and approval for non-US subsidiary local benefits programmes as well as benefit coverages for all foreign service employees assigned to the US. In addition to this you will work with local/divisional HR in order to develop HR and benefit-specific policies.

We are looking for an individual with a solid background in benefits whose experience has been gained operating in an international environment for large organisations. Please note that our client will also consider contracting candidates paid at a daily rate.
