Field Collections Manager - Arrears/Debt

£14000 - £15000 + Car & OTE £30K

Our client, a leader in its market place, is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Field Collection Managers who require fantastic opportunities within a continually expanding company.

As a Field Collections Manager, you will be leading and managing a team of up to 12 field collection agents to provide support, growth and successfully achieve set targets.

Responsibilities will include:
*Arrears management
*Maximising weekly collections
*Field visits with agents
*Set targets, monitor performance, support and recruit team members
*Identify potential arrears and implement appropriate arrears management to maximise bad debt recovery
*Customer retentions and renewals
*Manage client database

Previous supervisory or team leader skills required.

FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL
