Have you got that special something to turn exceptional customer service into sales success? You'll need that as a Customer Sales Advisor with Barclays, as you'll be generating sales opportunities for our savings products through a professional, personal and proactive telephone banking service.


What you'll give our customers
Acting as their main point of contact for all savings related issues for new and existing accounts, you'll meet high service level standards by ensuring a seamless telephone banking experience for our customers. Making use of excellent questioning and listening techniques, you'll investigate customer needs and identify, suggest and sell relevant products and services to consistently achieve productivity targets.

What you'll need
An ideal opportunity for you to transfer your retail sales skills to our contact centre here in Liverpool, you'll need to be a strong communicator with experience of working towards and meeting business targets. As we're looking for someone experienced in providing service advice or working in a call centre environment, you'll also need to know how to handle basic complaints.

The shifts are: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30, Saturday 9-2pm
