My Warwickshire based client is a Vibrant, Dynamic and Artistic organisation who are looking for an experienced .Net Developer to join their growing team.

You must be experienced in implementing web based applications, business intelligence solutions and data warehouses with Microsoft technologies. You should have working knowledge of Microsoft centric enterprise level infrastructure, middleware technologies, databases and of application servers.

The role will require you to really get involved in the architecture of websites as well as the development, as well as with both software and solution design. Experience of Content Management Systems will be beneficial (CMS).

They are looking for someone who is innovative and creative, and can really get stuck in with their projects. You should be full of enthusiasm and have a real passion for what you do.

The ideal candidate will have come from a New Media, Design, Publishing, or Agency type of company before as opposed to a highly structured, corporate environment, and be keen to join a similar type of creative organisation.
