NVQ ASSESSOR- FOOD MANUFACTURING / PMO - UP TO £23,000!!

A rapidly expanding training provider is looking to grow their team of Food Manufacturing Assessors covering the North West region. This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Food Manufacturing industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential.

Experience of assessing in one of the following areas (as well as Food Manufacturing) would be a huge advantage

- Warehouse/Storage
- Customer Service
- Business Admin
- Team Leading/Management

Key tasks and responsibilities

- Maintain and manage caseload of learners in accordance with company guidelines
- Maintain paperwork to the required standard
- Recruit learners as appropriate to maintain caseload
- Ensure learner retention is at acceptable levels
- Motivate/drive learners to achieve in line with agreed target deadlines
- Support the learning process - issue flexible learning units and facilitate local on-the-job training as required
- Plan the assessment process with learners - observe, record assessment and complete all relevant documentation

The Successful Candidate

- A1 or D32/D33 qualified
- Atleast 3 years experience assessing Food Manufacturing
- Use of a car and hold a current driving licence
- Be able to work flexible hours and locations (within reason), if required

Salary + Benefits

- £18,000-£23,000 depending on experience
- Ongoing Commitment to CPD

- 40p per mile when travelling on business
