SENIOR MANAGER INTERACTIVE DEVELOPER

As Senior Manager Interactive Developer you use your deep understanding of current and emerging interactive technologies to outline and execute innovative digital media solutions to complex business scenarios. You bring along a proven track record in leading development teams and delivering intricate interactive projects on time and on budget.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage multiple full-lifecycle projects, give direction and deliver solutions for complex rich-media projects
* Create process flows, libraries and guidelines for building compelling interfaces
* Adopt and evangelize the latest technology and bring strong design skills to create dynamic web experiences
* Produce white papers and case studies based on use of new technology
* Mentor the interactive design team at Sapient and take responsibility to advance the team's knowledge, implement best practices and serve as technology expert
* Write and deliver presentations about developments in interactive design


REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree
* In-depth industry experience and knowledge of latest technologies
* Strong project management experience in delivering internet solutions in a client-service organization
* Experience in multiple full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery
* Extensive experience in planning, designing, and building interactive components
* Experience leading diverse teams of 20+ people
* Expert knowledge in (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, solid understanding of .Net, LAMP, C#, WPF, WCF, Flex, JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Jquery), broad knowledge of Web 2.0 applications, advanced skills in visual design, information architecture, usability evaluation, accessibility and appropriate technologies and additional knowledge of Data Exchange Format, Webservices, SEO
* Some travel may be required
