If you wish to be part of the Trust's exciting growth then we are seeking to staff our new 21-bed ward at the Edgbaston Hospital.

If you are proactive, self motivated, forward thinking and looking for a new challenge and passionate about providing the highest standard of care for patients in a forward thinking and dynamic Trust then we have the following opportunity as a Health Care Assistant.

The Trust announced in September that it was working in partnership with BMI the Edgbaston Hospital to increase the number of operations we undertake for NHS patients. Our aim at the Edgbaston Hospital is to--

* Be up and running on 1 April 2009
* Undertake each year around 1,000 NHS Arthroplasty/Arthroscopy operations
* All operations being undertaken by ROH surgeons and anaesthetists
* ROH staff will be running a dedicated theatre and 21-bed ward
* Then to move the team within 3-5 years to new theatres and a ward that will be developed at ROH
