Established for over 20 years the company have gathered an in depth knowledge regarding the highest quality industry trusted products, which include: Regulators, Transducers, Pressure Gauges, Process Valves, Flow Measurement Products and Temperature Control Products, for industries including: Pharmaceutical, Steam, Oil & Gas and Control & Instrumentation.

Due to their continued growth and success they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to expand and manage sales.

JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
AREA: Covering the West side of the UK
BASED: Birmingham, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, West Midlands
BASIC: £29k
OTE: £35

THE ROLE

Covering the West side of the UK, the successful candidate will ideally reside in the Midlands area giving them easy access to the territory.
You will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales preferably with experience in large Process Valves for Pharmaceutical, Steam, Oil & Gas, Control & Instrumentation and Flow Measurement etc, giving you a true understanding of the market place and products.

Self motivated, you relish the opportunity to prove yourself as a professional, the position will be to develop and motivate your sales team, whilst identifying new business opportunities and growing the existing customer base.

This is an exciting and challenging position for the right candidate who can develop sales and become a key member of the team.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A proven track record of developing new business and account development is essential.
HNC/ONC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Excellent computer skills
