As part of a period of continued growth, we are seeking new Sales Assessors eager to begin their first steps in a career in debt management with opportunities where the sky is the limit.

The Role:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers - many of whom are experiencing financial difficulty and are seeking a solution to their problems. It will be your responsibility to develop a quick rapport with these individuals and begin the process of helping them by collecting information about their circumstances.

The Individual:

You will be a highly dynamic individual who is able to stay motivated and energised at all times.

You will have the ability to develop instant rapport with customers and deal with customer's difficult situations with empathy, sensitivity and professionalism.

You will be driven to continue success and motivated to combat failure.

You will possess superb administration and organisation skills with a working knowledge of using common Microsoft business packages such as Word and Outlook.

Proven experience in a call centre environment would be highly advantageous.
