The Role:
In this role your duties will be to pro-actively generate new name business in the UK Corporate market place (Ideally FTSE level) and meet set contracted revenue targets. Further to this Business Development responsibility, you will also take the leadership of 2 existing New Business Sales Executives and be charged with growing your own team to 6 heads over the first 12 months. Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you will be expected to add experience, energy and value to the sales team and lead from the front selling their Digital Direct Marketing/ Email Marketing Solutions and services to Marketing Directors in a range of blue chip organisations from a variety of industries.

The Company:
Our Client is the leading provider of software and services for Digital Direct Marketing throughout Europe. Their portfolio includes high end solutions for newsletter send-outs and email / SMS campaigns. Due to constant growth and expansion our client require an experienced IT Software Sales Manager to join their sales team selling their services into blue chips organisations.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional new business sales person from within the IT Software/ SaaS Industry, who is focused, dynamic and money-motivated. You must also have comprehensive new business sales experience of selling enterprise solutions into blue chip organisations and an outstanding track record of achievement to match. Finally, you will also have a strong record of Team Leadership/ Sales Management of a new business sales team, whether it be in your current position or a previous role.

The Package:
Excellent remuneration package that includes £60,000 base salary depending on experience with one of the most rewarding commission structures in the industry and realistic OTE of £120,000 uncapped, plus mobile, laptop, excellent chance for career development as well as excellent working conditions.
