Call Centre / Service Desk Team Leader - West London. An internationally recognised organisation that has been operating for over thirty years is looking to recruit an experienced team leader to head up their established support / customer service team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for users based in the field, you will then assess the incident and direct it to the correct team. The successful candidate will be expected to evaluate frequently logged issues and liaise with departments to establish a way to reduce the incidents.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have excellent customer service experience and hands on management. You will be familiar with incident management systems (ideally Remedy) and be fully conversant in the MS Office package including an advanced level of MS Excel.
This position will suit someone from a Call Centre background or even a non technical Service Desk Team leader position.
The maximum basic salary on offer is £30,000 plus benefits.
