NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER WANTED IN BUSINESS SERVICES.

My client are a UK based provider of facilities management solutions, including business outsourcing and maintenance services from commercial cleaning to CCTV covering both hard and soft services.

Formed in 1989 the have grown to operate today with over 4,000 people working for them and turnover in excess of £195m.
Due to growth and exciting new changes in the organisation there is currently a need to recruit a National Sales Manager with a preference for Facilities Management solutions, Man guarding, Building Services, business services, contract cleaning, support services, soft services, hard services, solution based product, Facilities management & service contracts experience to drive sales and to become a key member in the long term future of this growing company.

The Opportunity
* You will be responsible for sourcing, winning and managing key accounts across various target markets.
* Running a team of 6 Business Development Managers
* Target markets include education, finance, retail, public sector and healthcare, etc.
* A sales approach that combines 'profitability' with 'efficiency' will be used to sell client services to customers across the UK
* You will maintain and develop the portfolio of customers and report directly into the UK Head of Sales

The Credentials
* You will ideally have a Strong Business Services background ideally with some form of security experience although my client will look at candidates with a proven Sales background at a senior level.
* You must have sold complex business service contracts at a national level and be comfortable pitching at the senior level.
* You will be confident in negotiating whilst understanding the balance between short and long term goals.
* You must have a "can do" positive attitude and hold a strong personality and the willingness to want to lead from the front.
* You must be pro-active and always seeking new business opportunities
* You will posses exceptional interpersonal and partnership building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence.

This is an important strategic role that my client is offering. You will be a key figure in this new strategy and will be given the autonomy and power to make things.
