Senior Finance Recruitment Consultant / Business Manager

Finance is the largest business unit within the Hays City brand, and an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced internal team and with some of the current, elite client base has arisen. Finance is high profile and demanding team at the forefront of client development, activity, change and revenue generation.

The role will focus mainly on client development and performance will be measured in terms of relationship development, client commitment, personal and team revenue generation and growth.

This team are expected to have extensive client contact, via telephone but mainly in person and be involved in presentations, winning business and client event participation whilst also taking the existing relationships to the next level.

This position requires someone is who is comfortable undertaking multiple engagements with senior management and decision makers, whilst also possessing credibility and knowledge of the specialism (Finance), and the Sector (Financial Services).

Candidates will ideally possess an interest in the Financial Services market place and need to continually be aware of market changes trends and subsequent impacts.

With the multi-brand approach of Hays City, there are many established relationships to leverage on.

This is an opportunity for someone who is keen to fulfil a real sales/client development role with support of a candidate delivery team. This role is part of a strong team looking to grow aggressively next year with potential to expand into niche sectors (within Finance). There is massive growth potential within this area and the ability to become involved in the strategy and focus of the business. The projected growth plan would also include future management responsibility

Extensive Product knowledge training programme internally is provided.

Candidates must have:

Proven recruitment experience (ideally Finance based)
A desire and ability to work in sales and be client facing
Good presentation skills you will deal with Senior Management/ Directors
