Campaign Management is the perfect way to attract candidates who are not actively seeking employment, but could be enticed for “the right opportunity”, candidates with hard to find skills or when you are seeking to fill multiple roles in a tight timeframe.
JAM’s expertise in advertising will allow you to identify the right media in which to advertise your vacancies as well as arranging your design and artwork with a professional advertising agency to maximise the impact and success of the campaign. Open Days
JAM are planning on arranging Open Days throughout 2003 in key locations around the UK, following client requests. Once these Open Days are confirmed we will be informing registered candidates with relevant skills via email inviting them to these events. The events will also be advertised in the local/national press relevant to that area of the country. Clients will be attending to meet potential new employees interested in their organisation. So watch this space!
