Advice on training We can help you select accredited training courses which will add value to your skills set. Professionalism and confidentiality We are honest and fair in our approach at all times. Information supplied to us is treated in confidence and we will always request your permission before passing a copy of your CV to an employer. Continuity of work While you are employed on one assignment, your account manager can help you firm up objectives for future contracts. Marketing If you have the right skills set, we can market your services to clients where we anticipate a need exists but has yet to be identified. Accessibility Our account managers are available from 08.00am to 8.30pm four days a week and until 6pm on Friday. Payment of limited company set up fees. If you do not already benefit from running your own limited company, we will be happy to meet the start-up costs and organise the administrative aspects for you. This is valid for contractors who are on, or about to start, an assignment with Plexus. (You are of course free to work on a PAYE basis for as long as you wish.) Immediate payment of invoices We make payment electronically to limited companies within 24 hours of receipt of an invoice and corresponding time sheet/s. A remittance advice letter is forwarded separately confirming payment. Completion bonus schemes Contractors who complete their assignments and secure a second or third contract may be eligible for attractive completion bonuses (if stated within the terms of the contract). Flexibility A contract may be terminated subject to prior discussion with your account manager and completion of the agreed notice period. We want you to enjoy working with Plexus and believe that the restrictive terms imposed by some agencies can be counterproductive. Professional indemnity insurance Our contractors are covered by direct indemnity insurance whilst on assignment through Plexus.

with our London office, makes it easy for our contractors to
visit us. All our consultants have extensive experience in
personnel recruitment, backed up by strong technical and
commercial expertise, and go forward for the examinations of
the Institute of Employment Consultants.
