Question
How do I add questions to my vacancies?
Answer
Application Form Questions enable you to ask applicants your own filtering questions. Currently, Application Form Questions are only available via Jobsite and not via multi-posting or batch-posting systems.
Application Form Questions aim to assist you in your selection process but it's worth bearing in mind that long forms with lots of questions are likely to discourage applicants.
To add questions (or groups) to a new vacancy, click 'Add Vacancy'. Complete the vacancy form as usual, until the Application Form section, where you can click 'Add Questions'. The darker blue box is where your selected questions for this vacancy will appear.
- To add a group of questions, click the green arrow next to the group
- To add individual questions from your Stored Questions list, click on each question and drag it into the blue box. You can also use the drag and drop function to remove or re-order questions
- To create a new question for a particular vacancy, click the 'Add a Question' button, in the Stored Question area. Any new questions that you add at this stage will only be attached to this vacancy and won't be stored for future use
Once you're happy with your Selected Questions, click 'Save and Close'. These questions will now appear in your vacancy form, with the option to delete or edit them before your post the vacancy live.
