What questions should I ask?

Answer

  • Ask questions that enable you to rate applications to your role – either by selecting the right choice amongst multiple choice answers, providing a text reply or a mixture of both
  • For multiple choice questions, indicating a choice as 'correct' enables us to score each applicant
  • Avoid asking questions that ask candidates to reveal their age, race, gender
  • Avoid asking questions that could be construed as discriminatory or offensive – the creator of each question is legally responsible for that question's content
