All vacancies on Jobsite are bought and placed in a quantity of 'vacancy weeks' and 4 weeks is the minimum purchase for this product. For example, one vacancy placed for one week, uses up one 'vacancy week'. If 2 adverts are placed for 4 weeks each, you will have used 8 'vacancy weeks'.

No time or resources to actively search the CV database? Let our CV Watchdog service send the latest relevant CVs to your in box. Simply specify the skills or job titles that you're looking for and we'll find candidates for you, ensuring you don't miss out. Search strings can be changed as often as required.
CV autoMatch automatically matches searchable CVs on our database with the vacancies you post. For each vacancy posted on Jobsite, we'll provide you with summaries of up to 15 CVs which we feel match your requirements. To access these CVs, you'll need a CV Online database license and live vacancies on site.
The Application Manager is an easy-to-use way of managing all your online Jobsite applications. At no additional charge, the management system is included in your Client Home area and contains all the CV and Covering Letters that are submitted with applications.
In addition, you can contact candidates directly through the system, plus make notes and score and rank candidates on the strength of their applications.
By default, all applications to your vacancies will be sent to you by email. Each will contain a CV and covering letter. Depending on your preferred format, the CV will appear in one of the following ways:
