What is a Security Code?

1. My Security Code does not work on all Jobsite sites. Why not?

You will have been given different Security Codes for each site you are registered on. Your existing username and password will not change.h

2. What if my Security Code doesn’t work?

Make sure you are using the correct Security Code for the site you are trying to access. If it still doesn’t work, please contact Customer Services on +44 (0)844 561 9000.

3. Why have you introduced this?

This is to add an additional layer of protection to client accounts, particularly where multiple job boards are accessed using the same details. You can’t be too careful these days.

4. Will I get a new Security Code every month?

No, but you will receive a new one at regular intervals.

5. What happens if I lose or forget my Security Code?

Details of your Security Code will be added to the existing password reminder email, so you just need to go onto the site and request a reminder.

6. Which sites will use the new Security Codes?

Most of the Jobsite network, including Jobsite, CareersInLogistics, CityJobs, eMedCareers, euromoneyiiJobs, inHR, inRetail, LegalProspects, LondonJobs, MarketingJobBoard, OfficeRecruit, OnlineInsuranceJobs, EngineerBoard, ERT Weekly Jobs, MyAccountancyJobs, PurelyIT, RecruitConstruction, ScotRecruit, SeniorSalesJobs, and SecRecruit.

7. What happens if I enter an incorrect Security Code when I log in?

The response will be the same as if you’d entered an incorrect password: you will receive an error message and have a limited number of login attempts available.
