Whilst we have only been using Jobsite directly since January, myself and the team have received a high level of customer service. We have previously interacted through a 3rd party and now find that the direct involvement gives us far more hands on control. The interaction with our Jobsite account manager and the wider team has totally satisfied our needs as the client. Our account manager responds quickly and effectively to any requests we have, and operates in a professional manner at all times. She is diligent, considered by AMEC as a subject matter expert, and strives to get the best out of the relationship for both Jobsite and AMEC.
