Should Jo Let Go?

I’ve been working in Sales for 5 years now at a company who gave me a start in my career. The thing is I have been growing increasing bored and frustrated in my job. It pays well, but I am not getting the progression that has been talked about at my appraisals.
The simple thing would be to move on, but it’s really hard to let go. I really love the people that work here, we are all really close and they are all my best friends. I have been applying for jobs and been to interviews, but now I have to make a decision on what I should do. Can anyone help?

Powerful Presentations

I have just been informed I have an interview for 24th February and need to do a 10 minute presentation, I would like to do this with PowerPoint. Has anyone got any ideas that would give it a bit of “wow factor”? I really would love to get this job, any ideas would be gratefully received.
