It’s Time to Recognise People Who Make Your Working Day Special!

If you asked someone what was most important about their job, the thing that made them happiest at work, what do you think they would say?

…our 9-to-5 Buddies!

  • 70% of people said their ‘9-to-5 buddies’ are crucial to enjoy a happy working life
  • two thirds of us would turn down a job offer with a pay rise to stay working with people they liked and respected.
  • In comparison, only 55% voted for money as the most important factor.

Read our recent blog post for more facts and figures from the research.
