RecruitRank Award 2007 Finalists Announced

26 October, 2007 – Jobsite are pleased to announce the finalists for the RecruitRank Awards 2007. Recognising best practice and quality customer service in recruitment agencies, the RecruitRank Awards are the only awards in the industry where finalists and winners are chosen by the feedback from job candidates and not a panel of industry judges.


Launched by leading online recruiter Jobsite (www.jobsite.co.uk) in November 2005, RecruitRank allows candidates to feedback anonymously on the quality of an agency’s service after they have applied for a vacancy advertised by them on Jobsite. Recruiters have personal, private access to this free market research and it enables them to monitor and, if necessary, improve their service offering. The finalists within each category of the Awards were selected through a culmination of this feedback from over 40,000 candidates over the last 12 months.

This year’s RecruitRank Awards sees the addition of two new categories; Most Improved Large Recruiter and Most Improved Small Recruiter. These new awards recognise those agencies who have worked hard over the last 12 months to improve the service levels that they offer to candidates.

Many of the finalists appear in more than one category, which proves that it is possible for recruitment agencies to provide an all-round excellent service to candidates. The finalists are listed in alphabetical order in each category:

The Awards, which are in their second year, will be held on 8th November at Kent House, Knightsbridge. The Awards host is Sahar Hashemi, founder of the UK’s first high street coffee chain; Coffee Republic, and author of the UK’s best selling business book ‘Anyone Can Do It’. As a successful entrepreneur Sahar is well placed to speak on changing consumer attitudes and how businesses need to respond to this. Her insights match nicely with the objectives of RecruitRank and her speech will be of high value and relevance to the recruitment consultants present.
