There is little doubt that some of the most vibrant and interesting writing around the areas of HR and recruitment can be found on personal and business blog sites. It is on those platforms that practitioners and commentators debate topics as wide ranging as engagement, skill shortages, organisational effectiveness, future business models and workforce planning.
We often feature guest posts from HR bloggers and also share some of the best posts through our @JobsiteUK twitter feed, but there is nothing quite like discovering a good blog as it is published and being one of the first to comment and share.
