My colleagues and I were tupe’d about 5months ago, we have since found out that even though we are doing the same job has our new staff colleagues, we are on a much lesser wage. This is causing alot of conflict, do we have rights even though we are still on our old contracts but going by some of our new employers contracts, a very confusing situation.
