CAD/Mechanical design Engineer- Suffolk

Working under minimal supervision, carry out a variety of moderately complex to complex design/drafting assignments exercising considerable to extensive latitude in the use of initiatives and independent judgment. Investigate and procure all data required to develop a design. Produce accurate layouts and detail drawings / electronic solid models within the system
Education & Experience:
Professionally qualified, to HND or Degree standard, in Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years experience

Knowledge & Skills:
Working knowledge of common drafting standards and procedures
2D draughting, 3D solid modeling, CFD, FEA using AutoCAD/Inventor or similar
Ability to work as part of a team
Working knowledge of MS Office, (Project, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
