A leading Electronics Manufacturing company based in the South is looking for a talented and energetic Mechanical CAD Engineer with experience in a 3D CAD package to help with the development of its innovative products.

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to Degree level in Electrical Engineering or perhaps Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and have several years industry experience with an Electrical understanding. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience in using Solidworks or CorelDraw or Pcad whilst be involved in creating and maintaining PCB and schematic designs, whilst working closely with project team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Based in the Hamble with a competitive salary between £25,000 - £32,000, your day to day duties will be:

*Schematic creation, modification and maintenance
*BOM creation
*PCB layout, modification and maintenance
*Devise & execute design for touch-screen / slider / button / matrix patterns
*Provide Mechanical design and drafting
*Project task co-ordination and planning
*Assisting with manufacturability and usage issues
*Facilitate the sourcing of components
