      Account Managers

      Purpose and objectives of the role

      Through an organised and thorough approach you will support the Account Managers, Administration Team and Directors in the answering of all incoming calls, transferring through to the relevant person and taking accurate messages. Identifying and ensuring various needs of the company are met whilst ensuring a smooth and professional day to day business operation.

      Main duties and responsibilities

      - Inbound calls: taking customer information / distributing new sales leads
      - Outbound calls to customers: taking payments over the phone via credit/debit card, requesting additional information, taking basic details of finance requirements
      - Outbound calls to lenders/banks: requesting updates, general queries and support questions
      - Typing Financial Proposals
      - Using various online systems to submit finance applications
      - Updating CRM System
      - Filing Client information
      - Raising and paying invoices
      - Ordering of Office Supplies
      - Post - Special Deliveries, Recorded Mail, Normal Post (they will need to be able to drive as they will need to travel to the post office daily - they will claim mileage to cover the costs)

      Skills and personal qualities

      - Good communication skills, both oral and written
      - Self-motivation and initiative
      - Excellent Time management
      - Ability to multi-task and prioritise work are a must
      - Excellent organisation and an attention to detail
      - Literacy, numeracy and IT skills (minimum to GCSE level)
      - Professional manner
      - Good business sense
      - Excellent attention to detail

      Experience and education

      - Proven experience within a study or working role
