      Clerical / Admin Officer

      7 - 8 per annum| London| Temporary/Seasonal

      The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support. He or she will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
      - Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
      - Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
      - Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required
      - Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
      - Preparing routine correspondence

      Typical qualifications and experience:
      - Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)
      - NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience)
      - Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
      - Good communication skills, both oral and written

      The role will involve being part of a team of 12 staff based in 5 offices who will support both office based and home based staff. This group will support 1600 staff as their email is migrated onto the Office 365 platform. Support will be in the form of floor walking and helpline. We will migrate 40 staff per night all of whom need to be contacted to check to see if all is well. We expect office based support to be light. The main support requirement is for the home based workers who will need to setup their mobile phone to access their email. Full guidance is being provided and all support staff will need to know and understand the process inside out. Devices to train on will be provided. During quiet times there will be some hardware installation work required to install power supplies and other accessories on desks. This particular role will be a manager who will coordinate all support staff and
      feedback on telephone contacts, escalate issues and report on progress of communication and helpline statistics.
