OfficeTeam has an exciting Permanent opportunity for a professional and experienced Receptionist to start as soon as possible. You will be working in a Prestigious Private Bank based in Knightsbridge. This permanent role offers a salary up to £30,000 per annum and excellent benefits package.You will be a polished and professional receptionist who is able to provide first class front of house reception service to the business and VIP clients.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Meet & greet visitors and manage meeting rooms
· Manage the reception, catering and room booking services effectively & ensure reception area is kept to a high standard
· Sign and record any hand delivered post & advise Facilities Officer
· Book travel, taxis, flights, accommodation, Ordering of currency, Logging expenses when required
· Provide admin support to the team when required
· Update internal telephone list
Required Personal Skills:
· Excellent time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to be self-managed
· Trustworthy, discreet (working with confidential information)
