The Company:
Our client is a well-established British Service Provider.
Main duties:
To provide an excellent level of customer service and support and work as part of an exclusive multicultural customer service team.
The Role:
- To provide an efficient service to customers through the management of queries, refunds or delivery issues.
- To handling complains by email, letter or over the phone with clients.
- To keep records on specific promotions and apply according to the agreed terms and budget.
- To work closely with the area manager in order to keep customer service standards of the company.
The Candidate:
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service role would be beneficial
- Excellent telephone and conversational manners
- Ability to provide a high level of professionalism, courtesy, empathy and understanding
- Strong attention to detail and team skills
- IT Literate
The Salary: £17,000 p.a. + £500 annual language allowance
