Quality Manager - Budapest,

Radek Weichert at Skills Alliance is recruiting for Quality Manager for the industry's leading Pharmaceutical Company. This role is office based in Budapest, Hungary. The Quality Manager will be responsible for Hungary (50%), Serbia and Croatia (50%) and will have very interdisciplinary responsibilities: process improvement and training, quality control and audits, compliance and vendor management.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or Nursing or equivalent qualification / experience.

Expert in clinical trial monitoring with recent practical hands on experience and the proven ability to coach, mentor and motivate others in this discipline.

Excellent communication skills including the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels.

Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.

You will ideally have minimum of years of Line Manager or Project Management experience and extensive experience in all aspects of clinical monitoring.

You will also be fluent in Hungarian, Serbian/Croatian and English.
