      The main duties and responsibilities of the Administrator will include:

      * Managing various admin tasks relating to a specific area of the directorate:

      * Handling training administration
      * Organising assessment processes
      * Handling accreditation
      * Acting as a point of contact for this directorate and answering queries over telephone and email

      * Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for the Manager and senior colleagues
      * Providing senior officers with meeting support; booking resources, rooms, refreshments
      * Assisting the team with the layout of meetings; purpose and style
      * Liaising with events coordinators for the arrangement of events
      * Assisting with the authorisation of payments, processing expenses and invoices

      In order to be considered you should have the following:

      * Administrative experience in a similar role
      * Be an articulate and confident communicator (spoken and written)
      * Possess excellent time management abilities
      * Be fully computer literate and IT savvy
