      The Role
      The Role for the successful Business Development Manager will encompass a wide variety of constituent parts. You will of course have to be closing your allocated quota of deals per month based on meetings provided to you by the sales development team. This is a role where as a Business Development Manager you must be consultative in the way that you solve customers problems and sell solutions as a result of those issues. This should suit candidates who are ruthlessly efficient at drilling into deal blockers and disqualifying leads that are a bad fit.

      The Candidate
      In order to qualify as a Business Development Manager the applicant must have a minimum of two years experience selling electronic compliance services. Without this experience it is highly unlikely that you will make it past the initial screening. The ability to communicate with C-level or equivalent professionals fluently and competently is crucial to your success within the field. We are looking for candidates who can utilise a strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process.
