Utilita Energy are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team based at their modern head office in Chandler's Ford. Our Customer Service Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service by taking ownership of every call, resolving issues, answering questions and resolving complaints. Our advisors go through a full and intense training process in order to give them the skills and knowledge needed for the role.
Due to our rapid expansion, we encourage and support career development internally, and many of our advisors progress to other roles within the company.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We are looking for customer service focussed individuals who are able to use their existing knowledge and initiative to assist our customers and keep our thriving business driving forward.
Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have previous experience of working in a customer facing environment (either over the phone or face to face). They need to be professional, have an excellent telephone manner along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly around understanding the customer's needs, so a strong empathetic approach is needed.
Working hours are between 8am and 8pm (Monday to Friday) and 8am - 5pm (Saturday and Sunday). We have a 7 day working week, and so staff members will need to be fully flexible in regards to the shifts that they work.
Previous similar customer service experience is desirable but not essential. Self-motivation, enthusiasm and good IT skills are also highly desirable.
