Hybrid internal/field based role
Our client is a leading IT company looking to appoint an Field Sales Executive in to their team. This is not a cold calling new business role requiring you to smash the phone. You will manage a base of accounts as well as look to bring on board additional companies through proactive business development and face to face meetings. This role is not KPI managed and is a truly professional position, giving internal sales candidates a taste of field sales!
You will join a leading company with phenomenal training, development and culture. This fun business will provide you with everything you need however you will need to have a keen interest in IT and a driven and motivated attitude.
Your primary objectives in this Field Sales Executive role will be to:
-Proactively source opportunities for new business through researching prospective clients and making contact with key decision makers within these companies
-Conduct face-to-face meetings and sales presentations to secure business
-Manage relationships with existing clients to increase revenue streams from these accounts
-Work towards set sales targets and KPIs
-Be an ambassador for the company at all times and conduct business to the highest standards
We are looking for someone who has:
-12+ months B2B sales experience
-Keen interest in IT / Technology
-Background in Technology - Ideal but not essential
-Confident, ambitious and enthusiastic mentality
-Desire to progress / develop
